Wood Duck With Chicks was photographed in Land Park in April 2021.I had heard rumors of two sets of chicks in the park, and so went to find them. Little did I imagine one mother would have so many – which I’ve since learned is not uncommon.Even so,when she lined them up for me to see, it was a proud moment for us both.
