Slothful Diner was photographed in Panama in March of 2025. I had heard of Sloths, but this was the first time I had seen them in the wild, where they casually hung from trees around the landscape. They do take their sweet time, moving as if in slow motion. I was glad to see this sloth’s evident enjoyment of the tender leaves it reached so laboriously.
