Of the Bayou Bartholomew Pine Bluff, Arkansas photos of the world’s longest bayou arrested for the moment in an amber out of the golden hours bayou style. You might say it is one of a kind not just because every picture is never repeated the same way again. But because I’m not sure who else would have gone to a strange place behind a building going on sense of direction in pitch black to go soggily to the water’s edge. I wasn’t really scared .I had my trusty stick at hand. Just a tad nervous when there were 6 heavy bodied things that went into the water where I could not see them and they sounded larger than the mallard ducks I heard and saw later. I sat with my camera feet from waters edge regardless I am an Arkansas photographer doing Arkansas photo things currently with a view through the filter of landscape photography, enjoying other people’s instagrams on the occasions I can really devote myself to places like #wonderfularkansas bayou country.
