Circle mandala. Entire background painted gold. Designs carved and painted in pink, dark red, blue, and purple. Three purple triangles near the top outer border. Four, dark red, southwest tribal shapes in between the triangles. Blue and pink tribal lines towards the center of mandala. Dark red raindrop shape in between the pink designs.

The Recycling the Sacred collection is composed of mandalas whose materials were primarily sourced from second hand stores. The artist began collecting variations of wood from second hand stores to later repurpose and give them "a new dignity and life." Many of the patterns used are inspired by ancient native cultures, particularly the basket and pottery designs of the Huhugam. Most of the mandalas take a circle shape, celebrating the Sacred Circle symbol and our place in it.
