Inspired by a tiny black and white snapshot from my grandmother's album circa 1927, here three generations of beauties share a summer moment in a cold Texas stream. It's a scene that most anyone can relate to-- languid shade beneath willows, splashes from the little girl as well as the gently flowing water and a glance of surprise as the photographer intrudes briefly on the ladies' time out for play.
