Small Acrylic on Canvas Panel. Framed in a beautiful rustic, refinished wood frame. One of my favorite trips was a road trip to the four corners area of the US. So many colors and varied landscapes. This represents a feeling I had looking at the hills that looked like there should be no life but had pockets of flowers and amazing colors. (Pricing does not include sales tax or shipping; if applicable)
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
Robert Frost. "Nothing Gold Can Stay."
