Coastal environments of sand, sea & rock formations inspire my abstract artworks. In this piece, I concentrated on aquas, turquoise and the contrasting tones found in sandstone. I love working with these colours and this richly textured tactile piece is layered with varied mixed media, acrylic paint and a touch of gold leaf.
