After having a stroke, I enrolled in a Fundament Design course at the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design to redo my design basics & help recover some memory damage from the stroke. The idea of "daily starting again" has always been a beneficial tool in my art practice, so I used it here. This is one of the first artworks I created after the stroke and was a major boost in my recovery path. Once again it proved that ART PROMOTES WELLNESS.
