A Fine Art practice can promote Wellness through self awareness. I painted this work to commit to working in the duality of both Body and Soul simultaneously. It includes a way of working with art materials in a more biological way. This work was pivotal in altering a life focus and a focus of my fine art studio and teaching practice.
