ART PROMOTES WELLNESS. A Fine Art practice is a form of meditation that leads to increased self awareness and increased wellness. I painted this particular work to remind myself to follow the tradition of stopping at the top of every hour to meditate, to be mindful for at least 5 minutes. Subsequently this painting guides my focus away from outer busy busyness and towards my inner calm.
