I wanted to combine the freedom of abstract painting with the storytelling of my stencil work. The result is a series where memory and landscape overlap, capturing the feeling of a moment rather than recreating it exactly as it happened.
Bliss Point captures one of those unguarded childhood moments when happiness was completely uncomplicated. The laughing figure sits against an abstract landscape of colour, movement and memory, turning a fleeting expression into something less specific and more universal.
