Close up -- shows the reflective nature of the gold in different light
I'd planned to start painting to "It's a Kind of Magic" by Queen, but due to some technical difficulties, I wasn't able to start until "The Show Must Go On," which has a very different energy! The title lyric performed double-duty as the energetic inspiration and the first marks on the canvas. This 24x24" piece packs a dramatic punch, with fluorescent magenta and three shades of gold!
