This piece was inspired by a friend's home in North Carolina. Her home is so warm and welcoming, and is full of rich wood and leather furniture, with beautifully curated art, books, and collectibles. I was moved to play with a warmer color palette than usual, and activated the canvas with the words "home sweet home."
