One of my favorite TV shows is Gold Rush. In the show massive machines and equipment are used to wash dirt and rocks to allow the heavier metals, mainly gold, to collect in a tray. Millions of dollars are spent on the this process. Thousands of tons of dirt and rock from thousands of acres are processed to produce ounces of gold. The hope is that the value of the gold exceeds to cost of producing it. Finding and giving the riches of our life come from a lot of investment in labor and wealth. I pray my life has the correct balance.
