Nature describes humankind's original or natural condition which I believe to be spirit without which we cannot survive. "Cobalt Nature" is a reflection of my spiritual not my physical existence. When my thoughts and feelings originate from that spirit, I am inspired to paint in a way that for me project something outside the physical. Cobalt blue is a spiritual color for me. It reaches inside my being to stimulate my inspiration to paint.
