This is a German poster for the 1960 Italian production of David and Goliath, directed by Ferdinando Baldi and Richard Pottier. Orson Welles, starred as King Saul (his face quite literally green with envy of David in the background of the poster) and also directed his own scenes. The film stars a beefy Ivo Payer as David, and the six-foot nine-inch circus performer Aldo Pedinotti (credited as “Kronos” in the film) as Goliath.
