This set of 3 altar cards for use in the Dominican Rite Liturgy were created by the Dominican nuns of Corpus Christi Monastery (Menlo Park, CA). Between 1920 and 1940, the nuns created illuminated pieces for liturgical use. At the time these were created, a "sister" set was created for their own monastery that included female Dominican saints.
