Story of an art therapy client who was raised with animals and barked like a dog and meowed like a cat. She had very little human speech.
"It is based on the drawings of a severely neglected and distressed little girl who had been locked in a house with animals. Her entire speech ability was made up of barks and meows. This story affected Kaufman deeply and she attempted to work out her disbelief through her artwork." - Jenine Culligan
