This copy reflects Streeton’s luminous vision of the Australian landscape, painted in the plein-air tradition of the Heidelberg School. The golden grasses, distant hills, and towering eucalyptus capture the vast openness of the countryside. Through this study, I engaged with Streeton’s atmospheric handling of light and his ability to convey both intimacy and grandeur in the landscape.
