This series explores the drama and beauty of fall through layered media. Beginning with expressive black ink, each work captures the restless energy of wind and storm. Acrylic paint introduces rich autumnal hues—rust, gold, crimson—while oil stick highlights add texture and light, evoking leaves in motion and the fleeting glow of the season. Autumn Tempest is a meditation on transformation, nature’s rhythm, and the tension between chaos and control.

 This collection is a personal, energetic exploration of the fleeting beauty of the floral form. Each piece is an immediate response, capturing the moment a bloom unfurls or reaches its peak. Using bold, expressive strokes and an intuitive palette, I convey the feeling of standing amidst an abundant garden, not just the visual look. Layers of washes, pastels, and charcoal create a dynamic tension that mirrors the joie de vivre and complexity of nature in its most intense burst of color. 

In my series "Heimat," I explore the deep connection to the landscapes that have shaped me—from the vast shores of Lake Constance, where I grew up, to the forests and mountains of my current home in Upper Bavaria.

For me, "Heimat" is not a static place, but a living feeling. In my paintings, I translate this emotional geography into a powerful world of color: the warm gold of sun-drenched hills, the cool blue of deep lakes, and the vibrant red of the Alpenglühen (alpine glow) capture the soul and traditions of the region.

Each work is an invitation to not only see the familiar natural world but to truly feel its emotional texture.

This series emerged from a deep exploration of nature’s essence, distilled into shades of black, white, and grey. Using graphite, charcoal, ink, and acrylic paint, I sought to capture the interplay between light and shadow, chaos and stillness. The abstract yet organic forms hint at trees, mountains, and leaves, inviting the viewer to wander through imagined landscapes. The rawness of the materials—charcoal’s grit, ink’s fluidity, and graphite’s precision—reflects the textures and patterns found in the natural world. Each painting is an intuitive process, blending controlled gestures with spontaneous marks to evoke a connection between the earth’s quiet power and its fleeting beauty.

 The "Migration" series explores identity and belonging through the flight of the White Stork. Linking the wetlands of Lake Constance to the coasts of Portugal, these intricate ink drawings depict the stork as a "citizen of the world." Blending biological observation with the aesthetics of ancient maps, the collection reflects on the human search for roots in a world of constant motion.
