In my series "Heimat," I explore the deep connection to the landscapes that have shaped me—from the vast shores of Lake Constance, where I grew up, to the forests and mountains of my current home in Upper Bavaria.

For me, "Heimat" is not a static place, but a living feeling. In my paintings, I translate this emotional geography into a powerful world of color: the warm gold of sun-drenched hills, the cool blue of deep lakes, and the vibrant red of the Alpenglühen (alpine glow) capture the soul and traditions of the region.

Each work is an invitation to not only see the familiar natural world but to truly feel its emotional texture.
