"Observe" is a sculpture of a stag overlooking the trails and natural areas of Eastlake II Open Space. This sculpture is part of Thornton's second "Pollinator Habitat" series, and is designed to provide homes for local pollinators in the houses on the stag's antlers and inside the animal's body.
The sculpture is installed along Thornton's "Monarch Flyway", a series of native milkweed plantings designed to support monarch butterflies.
