This sculpture blooms from the parking lot at the Original Thornton/88th Station, greeting buses and the N-Line commuter rail as they enter the city.

The shapes and colors of "Bloom" were inspired by Colorado wildflowers. The sculpture was created by artist CJ Rench (Chris John Rench) of Hood River, Oregon. Rench hopes "Bloom" brings a sense of discovery and timelessness to the community.

The sculpture was funded by the Regional Transportation District (RTD) "Art-n-Transit" and the City of Thornton.
