A Study in Rhythm continues my exploration of simple geometric forms, layered glass, and structured composition in a smaller framed format.
For this piece, I used stronger contrast and repeated shapes to create a little more movement while still keeping the overall feel clean and balanced. The satin black shadowbox frame gives the work depth and helps contain the brighter color palette.
Like the other works in this series, this piece is designed to work individually or as part of a grouped installation.
I added my signature glass "tattoo" design on the side of the frame which mimics the front and adds interest.
