'Donk!' The donkey is from my family of 'A Colourful Wild Life' signature series of colourful characterful animals

What inspired me to create the A Colourful Wild Life series?
We can all see the character in our own family of creatures. Take my two dogs for instance, pure sisters yet both totally different in character and behaviour. over the years they have both developed some very human facial characteristics.

My 'A Colourful Wild Life' series which at present are created with ink, pen and watercolour on paper (I'm forever contemplating creating larger acrylic and ink on canvas additions to the family) are a whimsical look at how I imagine the character would be of all creatures great and small.

I have created A Colourful Wild Life 8ft x 12ft mural of chickens for the 2023 LookUp Portsmouth Street Art Festival.
