The art exhibition is open to all mediums and aesthetic directions. A percentage of the proceeds is going to Planned Parenthood and La Leche League organizations. Ginger Henry Geyer will be the juror for this art exhibition. Ginger Geyer is an artist from Austin TX who makes playful theological-political-pop culture porcelain sculptures that arise out of art history. Former Deputy Director for Planning for the Dallas Museum of Art, she has a MFA from SMU and MA in Pastoral Ministry from the Seminary of the Southwest. Adjunct professor there and at Concordia University, she has also curated exhibitions for the H.E. Butt Foundation and elsewhere. She is presently writing the architectural program for UT Dallas’ Wallace Athenaeum and planning a retrospective of her work in a historic house museum. Valley House Gallery in Dallas, represents Ginger’s work.
