When I lead creative workshops in corporate environments, I’m often surprised - and saddened - by how few people consider themselves to be creative.

This is often because their potential has been undermined rather than nurtured. Or measured against an imaginary, unattainable benchmark.

I painted this piece to reflect my experience of creativity as an ever-present energy around us and within us. Contrary what some might think, it is always accessible. It only takes a small shift in awareness to harness that energy and invite it to express itself through our own unique filter. Every time it happens, it’s a joy to witness.

A lot of glue, sparkly gems and glitter were used in the making of this painting :)
