From my 'It's a Matter of Scale' series.
Inspired by the intrigue I have when I view the land from an aeroplane window on the approach to an airport; an abstracted aerial view.
This painting is not representing one particular view, rather an amalgamation of my source material, particularly playing with the scale of the shapes and marks.
Acrylic paint, ink and medium with mixed media on cradled wood panel, finished with an archival acrylic varnish.
Signed on reverse and ready to hang.
