From the ongoing series "Objects Quotidiennes" of everyday objects in an effort to catalog the past and awaken nostalgic memories or evoke curiosity. Similar to other projects this body of work explores recurring layers of memory and reflections on time while engaging the viewer with texture and shape, allowing for their own particular associations to come through. Done in street art fashion using layered images, ripped and wrinkled. The collection of this work is made on unusual, upcycled substrates, such as stone, plywood, wood planks, and wood crates. Images have been pasted, ripped, torn and wrinkled to imitate weathered street posters. Signed on recto. Ready to hang as is with screws/nails through holes made on the top corners.
