This view of Mount Mansfield overlooking the Lamoille River is just as you enter Jeffersonville Vermont on route 15. This particular day, with the late afternoon sun catching the trees along the river, the autumn color made a nice contrast to the blue of the mountain, sky and water. The river sometimes gets very low or muddy after a rain, but was running clear. I pass this spot every time I go to work and it's amazing how different it looks almost every day. This day was perfect.
