Artists’ are often called “weirdo” or “arty farty” and Scientists’ labelled “mad” or “crazy”. This became the inspiration for this piece of work. It reflects the perception of an artist’s unique set of problem solving skills when a when a solution is proposed to a problem that is confounding mainstream specialists. The work is a twist on the actualisation of a “left of field” or “out of the box” solution to the water problems of Australia.
