I've owned this stuffed bunny for many years and always enjoyed the somewhat wise and amused look on his face.
One day I came into my studio and decided this was the day I was going to draw him, something I had been promising myself for years.
So, I set him up and surrounded him with marbles to add a different texture. Then I began to think about adding an element of mystery to the drawing. The thought came to me that if I put holes in the ground, the marbles could roll into them and be lost - therefore, that is how one could "lose their marbles".
