In the early 1980's, Greaves painted along Willis Street, in the oldest residential section of her town, Redding, California. Some of the the houses dated to 1910 or earlier. The paintings, dubbed "The Willis Street Collection", were shown in a one-person show at the Old City Hall Gallery in Redding. She considered this depiction of a pink dogwood tree the best of the collection.
