This painting depicts rowers underneath Adelaide Pedestrian Bridge. The bridge is not only designed to connect adjacent land but also to connect people to the land and each other. A cultural consultant was engaged to provide meaningful connection to country - during the day the bridge’s steel shows subtle traces of Australian animals etched into the surface and at night it shows representations of the southern constellations.
