The Spark Gone Unnoticed is the first of a two-part series. It serves as a powerful and urgent narrative on the devastating impact of modern wildfires. The first painting, Sparks Gone Unnoticed, depicts the quiet, often overlooked beginning of a fire—a small flicker in a forest. The second painting, Consequence of Sparks Gone Unnoticed, erupts in an uncontrollable blaze. Here, the very medium of encaustic becomes a witness to the destruction.
