My name is Stevie Woods and I live and create art in Forest Grove, Oregon. Being an artist is a beautiful experience that takes dedication to a craft. I am a maker. I work predominantly in the area of oil painting, specifically portraiture. However, I am also known for my work in Encaustic, Mixed Media, Drawing, Illustration and of course Murals. Basically, if the media inspires me, I uses it, I try not to limit myself. I completed my Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in 2017. I have been teaching art for 22 years. Currently I am a professor of Drawing and Painting at Pacific University. I am also the Gallery Coordinator at the Cawein Gallery in Forest Grove Oregon.
