One of the favorite things to do while growing up in Oklahoma is watching a storm brewing. This painting is a gift for my nephew who finished his masters in meteorology. This imaginary landscape features some of the expensive weather monitoring gear the University of Oklahoma currently uses, seen from the vantage point of a passenger in a car driving by at a higher elevation.
