Celestial Ring
13 x 11 x 10 cm
Agates, pebbles, gilt, resin base
A luminous sculpture that evokes the timeless geometry of the cosmos.
A ring of small, rounded pebbles—predominantly agates—arches upward in a perfect loop, as though caught in a moment of celestial alignment. The base anchors the form with larger, weightier stones, their surfaces transformed by rich gold gilt, glinting like sunlight on distant worlds.
“Celestial Ring” invites the viewer to contemplate cycles—of nature, of planets, of life itself. The rhythm of the similarly sized stones conveys a quiet sense of balance and order, as if shaped by unseen tides or cosmic orbits.
This piece feels both ancient and timeless, a relic of an imagined stargazer’s altar—earthly matter turned into a gateway to the infinite.

Stone Map
• Agates – The majority of the ring’s stones appear to be agates, known for their subtle bands and inner glow. Traditionally associated with balance, grounding, and protection, they lend the sculpture its rhythmic circularity.
• Golden-gilt Pebbles – Natural beach stones, transformed with gilded surfaces, symbolising the sun’s warmth, celestial light, and continuity across ages.
• Resin Base – Transparent resin holding the stones steady as though suspended in time, allowing the piece to feel both anchored and ethereal.
