A friend, after seeing some of my back alley and house portraits, recommended I check out a house she had lived in many years back. She mentioned the alley was really picturesque. On a sweltering July afternoon, I made my way to the address she gave me. While the alley had its own unique appeal, it was the house that caught my eye. I was drawn in by the massive tree standing in front, its leaves catching the sunlight in the most beautiful way, casting a warm glow over the house and sidewalk. It was one of those moments when the light, the tree, and the house all seemed to come together perfectly, sparking my creativity in an unexpected way.
