John Coltrane - Reimagined

From the series- John Coltrane Reimagined

Abstract

Abstract work can be entirely impulsive. This style appeals to my emotional level and it is this premise that I educate others in how to appreciate abstract work.   If, in the quiet dialogue between canvas and observer, someone finds themselves asking not “what is it?” but “how does it make me feel?”, then I will have succeeded in forging that rare and precious connection that is the true reward of abstract art.

Looking at the Stars

All of these artworks were painted during a classical musical performance before a live inmate audience and then donated to the inmate committee. We provide our classical music gifts to prisoners serving long-term sentences in federal correctional facilities. We also produce classical music concerts featuring world class musicians for long-term care home residents to lift their spirits and enhance their days.
