Mizuno Keiko (水野敬子, b. 1937) is a respected ceramic artist from Toki City in Gifu Prefecture, a historic heartland of Mino ware production. Born into a pottery family, she established her own kiln—Inokuchi-gama (井ノ口窯)—in 1970 on the site of an ancient kiln. Her artistic path was profoundly shaped by her apprenticeship under Kato Tokurō (加藤唐九郎), a towering figure in the revival of Mino traditions. Mizuno spent nearly two decades studying under Kato, focusing particularly on the difficult and revered Ki-Seto (黄瀬戸) glaze.
In 1999, she became the first woman officially certified as a traditional craftsperson, dentō kōgeishi (伝統工芸士) in Mino ware, and she has since served as a director in the Mino Ceramic Association.
