Resilient Phool (Resilient Flower) is the third of nine original mixed-media paintings from my visual narrative, “Bloom Within: Cultivating a Radiant Soul.”
“Phool” — meaning flower in Hindi — becomes both metaphor and identity. The figure draws nourishment from inner blooms, cultivating strength from within rather than seeking it externally.
Despite adversity, she does not harden. She roots deeper. Each petal represents an inner source of energy — creativity, heritage, tenderness, and quiet power. Through tending these, she grows not brittle, but radiant.
Built through layered analog and digital sketches combined with acrylic, pastel, and luminous gold leaf, the work captures resilience as a practice — not a performance.
