Introspective Healing is the first of nine original mixed-media paintings from my visual narrative, “Bloom Within: Cultivating a Radiant Soul.”

A pair of hands cradle broken heart petals against a deep indigo backdrop — a field of tears shed from past wounds. What once felt shattered is not discarded. It is held. Witnessed. Honored.

Amid the sorrow, two vibrant hearts — glowing in warm yellows and oranges — emerge as symbols of renewal. They suggest that even within grief, potential remains. Healing begins not by denying pain, but by tending to what still glows within it.

Created through an interdisciplinary process layering analog and digital sketches with acrylic, pastel, and gold leaf, this piece reflects the quiet courage required to look inward. It is a reminder that healing is not loud — it is intentional.
