Papyrus Perspective
(August 6th - September 1st)
Created in 105 AD, paper has been one of the most vital materials used across time and civilization for human communication. Paper possesses the unique ability to manifest itself into a striking array of mediums within the realm of art, the fragile material morphing into a myriad of forms that transcend its inherent simplicity. We invite artists to showcase their use of this vital material in any and all of its forms, from printmaking to origami, collage, paper mache, mixed media, and beyond. Join us in celebrating the versatility and beauty of paper as it becomes a canvas for imagination and artistic ingenuity.
This show will hang from August 6th 2024 to September 1st 2024. With a Gallery Reception on August 16th from 6-9 pm. This event is free and open to the public.
