Created by Scott “Toobz” Noel, the mural on ETS Recruit depicts images of iconic places in Roanoke such as the Mill Mountain Star and the Greenway. As President of ETS Recruit Mark Kennedy stated, the “mural was inspired by a desire to have a positive impact on the community through the arts.”

Scott Noel aka Toobz Muir, is a self-taught artist based in Roanoke, VA. Known for his colorful and surreal work, he draws inspiration from his early fascination with graffiti and from his challenges with being color blind.
