“I am the waterfall in Tinker Creek, at Mason Mill Park.
I am here to remind you about,
how I am you and you are me, in this moment.
My energies are ever flowing as your energy is flowing. I have an ebb and flow as you ebb and flow at times.
I’m holding back at times, and you hold back. So what comes of this energy when we hold back? What do we do with it if we think about it?
Now, we are going within ourselves, Deep within, and we are summoning our energies and all of our being to come forth within us to prepare us for the road ahead.
We are on this Ebb and Flow of energy, from its birth into a new idea, that allows us to look within.
Look how easily I flow around obstacles in my path, though relentless to reach my destination.
In the breathing in and out of this space of quiet contemplation, allow yourself to slow down occasionally, as in a pool of reflections in this journey, so you can more easily see you – yourself… in the river’s reflections, and then see your gifts given you for your destination of your best Life’s Journey!”
