I always wanted to travel by train. In this 2D, sculptural mixed media piece I imagine what it would be like to travel Saskatchewan my home province by train, maybe from Regina to Cypress Hills where I was a Guest Artist in Residence for 3 years as part of The Art In The Park Program there. Although I have never been able to travel by train in Canada, I do count myself as fortunate, as I have travel by high-speed train in France twice and China 3 times! It would be wonderful if my students and I could travel together this July 17 - 24th, 2023 during my 7th En Plein Air Painting Workshop in Cypress Hills, Saskatchewan. You may still join us.
