I have been trying out different limited color palettes and playing with where realism and abstraction meet.

This painting is the culmination of learning, experimentation and trying to find my way in art and life.

It speaks to 2020 and the global pandemic. How life felt fuzzy but not everything was bad. Good things did happen and even though they weren't always tangible they are slowly coming into focus.
