Aireys Inlet Split Point Beach by Rachel Rae - The cliffs and rock formations along the Surfcoast on the Great Ocean Road are truely unique. I was inspired by this view when walking along the Airey's Inlet beach of the lighthouse peaking over the sand-dunes with the amazing textured rocky outcrop in the foreground and the orange and pink cliffs in the distance. In these troubled times I find lighthouses comforting that even though there are warnings about the rocks on the beach, the lighthouse will light the way. This original painting by Rachel Rae Art is painted in acrylic with a varnish on a deep stretched canvas, framed in Tasmanian Oak and is ready to hang.
