Commissioned by the Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, in Tulsa, OK, the sculpture honors their pastor for many years of he has worked to build a friendship within an Interfaith community.
The sculpture depicts three figures in a "circle of friendship." The figures are youthful in our hope for a future of unity and tolerance. They are placed in a circular composition to express unity as a continuum and on an angled surface to express triumph in a difficult balance.
"Behold how good and how pleasant it is, when all God’s children dwell together in harmony and peace."
